Inserted into the ground floor of an existing two story office building are nine office, a conference room, classroom, reception / waiting area and lab. Reclaimed and remilled doug fir from old beams, found by the architect staff, is used for ceilings, accent walls, and trim. Counter tops from paper, recycled carpet and paint add to the sustainable features utilized in the build out.
