The 1890 Lake Oswego Odd Fellows Hall is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Vacant and in poor condition, the project restored the exterior to Secretary of the Interior Standards for Historic Preservation and inserted four apartments within this shell. Two additional apartments and six garages were add in a new two story structure that mimics the Hall's forms and is constructed of the same materials.
